1About Storevia
Storevia operates as an owner-managed online store. Products and services available on the platform are offered directly by Storevia to buyers ("you").
Your purchase contract is formed directly between you and Storevia.
2Buyer Eligibility
To use Storevia, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account and payment information
- Use the platform lawfully
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3Product Listings & Accuracy
Product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications are provided by Storevia. While we work to keep all information accurate, occasional errors may still occur.
If a product is mispriced or inaccurately described, Storevia may cancel the order and issue a refund.
4Orders & Payments
- Orders are subject to Storevia confirmation and stock availability
- Payments are processed through Storevia's approved payment systems
- Storevia may cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery to the buyer
5Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on Storevia operations and logistics providers. Storevia is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
6Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns are governed by the Storevia Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always covered
- Some return conditions may vary based on product category and policy rules
- Storevia may intervene and issue refunds where necessary
7Buyer Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Abuse the return or refund system
- Submit false claims
- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks
- Harass staff or misuse the platform
Storevia may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8Reviews & Content
Buyers may post reviews and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Storevia a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.
Reviews must not be false, defamatory, or abusive.
9Disputes with Storevia
If a dispute arises:

Storevia will review evidence and issue a decision. Platform decisions are final within the Storevia system.
10Intellectual Property
All platform content (logos, design, software, text) belongs to Storevia or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce platform materials without permission.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storevia is not liable for:
- Product defects not caused by Storevia negligence
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays or delivery failures
Storevia's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Storevia against claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unlawful activities
13Account Suspension
Storevia may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud or abuse
- Repeated return misuse
- Violation of policies or laws

Your personal data is handled according to the Storevia Privacy Policy.
15Changes to Terms
Storevia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
16Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
